Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the disruption to communications between parties worldwide and the Office, the EUIPO announced that all time limits in proceedings before the Office that expire between 9 March 2020 and 30 April 2020 (inclusive) will automatically extended until 1 May 2020.
There is no requirement to for all parties to the proceeding to seek an extension of time.
This decision takes effect from 16 March 2020.
