On 23 June 2016, the people of the UK voted in a referendum to leave the European Union.  Following this historic decision and after much political wrangling, the UK officially left the EU on 31 January 2020 and entered into a transition period that will end on 31 December 2020 (the “Transition Period”).

Trade Marks, Design and Copyrights remain unaffected during the Transition Period while the EU and UK negotiate a future free trade deal.
